Kakadu plum extract* (terminalia ferdinandiana)

Known as one of the world’s richest sources of Vitamin C, the Kakadu plum is an edible native Australian fruit. Containing potent phytochemicals, gallic and ellagic acids, it possesses anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Being rich in vitamin C it is a natural antioxidant capable of mopping up free radicals helping to reduce skin damage and aging. The Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (TEAC) assay determined that the Kakadu plum has an extremely high antioxidant capacity.

Kunzea is harvested from sustainable wild-grown plants in North-East Tasmania. The essential oil has been listed with the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration for the “temporary relief of the pain of arthritis and rheumatism; relief of the symptoms of influenza; relief of muscular aches and pains; helps relieve nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.” (TGA, 2015 www.australia.gov.au)
